I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding an unpleasant and unprofessional interaction i had with one of OUTsurance clerks in the liability department, a Tshepo Mokgatle. During a recent call, i was placed on hold for approximately 10 minutes. When i inquired about the status our payment and requested to speak with a manager, he stated i was "speaking out of tone" and proceeded to hang up on me. This conduct was not only dismissive but entirely unacceptable, especially from a representative of a company like OUTsurance, which prides itself on service excellence. We expect to be treated with professionalism amd courtesy at all times, particularly when trying to resolve pending matters.
