I am waiting

Last week I filed a claim due to loadshedding, so I am worried about my pc's HDD. So to keep everything legit I let them pick up my pc. Thuesday I got a call from outsurance that the claim are finalised an that i will get a call from their suppliers. Late wednesday afternoon i trceived an email that gives me something worse off. I know the value of my pc were about R8000 and when i looked at the specs, well lets just say half were not included. So i ask the provider what now, they said i must contact outsurance, contacted them and got a email from them that i must ask the supplier with a email that was in my old pc. I was sho ked to see that they said there were a 160 gig hdd in where i know there were a 1 terrabite in, my nividia 8500gt were not even included. What kind of ***** is this? Unacceptable is what it is my pc were a medium to high range they give me a entery level to low range. Thenthe shock is that their service provider said it is not final so if i acceptwho pocket the funds?
