I am very disappointed with outsurance bat bat service I got this week.

Very poor service that I have got from outsurance I had to call 6 different people with no assistance.

From the first person by name of Rethabile Aphane not wanting to listen to me and after not wanting to answer the call.

Second person Mbali Zwane who disappeared after we spoke.

I don't trust this insurance companies anymore, when you list expect to help you they will take you to pillar to post, make you hold on the phone more than 30 minutes still not getting any joy out of this.

I am very disappointed of this company Outsurance.
