I am unhappy because we want the assurance that OUTsurance will recover our excess payment of R5.8K from the other driver who is entirely responsible for the MVA. Or they can settle the claim directly with us so that we can get the job done within budget as the assessment seems to be excessive. We can have the job done well without the excess amount payable.
