I am STILL waiting

So over a week ago i logged a complaint, just an update, now outsurance have seen that their service provider **** about the contents of my pc. They left out the graphics card etc. Now they shift the blame to me about a terrabite hard drive i had, they said there were only a 160 gig inside, so where did mine go? i was only thruthfull with outsurance, now they believe theirservice providers tat **** to both of us.<br> <br> So i send them mails that i can not find the proof of putchace of the hard drive i bought so long ago, who keep it so long? quick to ask..... how was my service? pathetic if u ask me! so i am waiting for the updated damage report what it had inside not a half one that had left outs. how long will i be waiting??? quick to suspend servicieif u dont pay, an what about if u claim.
