<p>When something horrible happens to you, it's nice to know that you have someone you can count on. My husband had someone rearend his car. He was driving sensibly and keeping a good following distance but the person behind him was not paying attention. It was our best family car, one that cost quite a lot but we wanted to invest in something that would be safe for our children, so we were quite disappointed. Outsurance handled our claim so quickly, The car was reparied within 2 weeks and yesterday I phoned and told my R1200 excess had been sucessfully recovered and that I would get it back. What fantastic service!! Thank you. </p>
