I am insured with pet and vehicle .I called pet outsurance yesterday morning because my dachhund passed away tuesday morning i wanted to take her of the policy but still got the cat insured.The assistance and sympathy i got from the lady was so proffesional she immediatly assisted and took her of with stating the new payment from next month .I also asked if she could help me with my premium on my vehicle i am a pensionar now and wanted to know if she can check if there is a possibility fir a lower premium on my car because the car is 2 years older , she immediatly put me through to the vehicle dept the guy greeted me very politely and immediatly helped me and i saved R900 per year more that is fantastic service .I strongly recommend Outsurance to other customers
