I am hard of hearing and whenever I speak to an Outsurance person, they make every effort to assist and ensure I hear correctly

I am hard of hearing and whenever I speak to an Outsurance person, they make every effort to assist and ensure I hear correctly. Even if it means repeating themselves 20 times🤣🤣. They are efficient and do what they promise to do. What else could a person ask for!?
