I am dealing a rather difficult situation with one of my German shepherds who is not doing very well. We have Outsurance cover for them and I submitted a claim for the initial medication. The consultant was very proactive and helped me by following up with the Vet directly for all supporting documentation to finalise the claim during my busy work schedule. This was really fantastic as it seemed that the consultant, Illona , shared a personal interest in my pets wellbeing. Even calling my to check in until everything was finalised. Whilst we’re still working through the process, what I appreciate is the way Outsurance made me feel which helps us during this difficult period. I’m really grateful to Outsurance for being there and not simply throwing the T’s and C’s at you when you need your insurance the most. Really grateful! JV Bouw
