I am currently gong through a bad patch in my life, as i lost my job 3month ago. Yesterday I phoned them and I explained to them my situation. While talking to them, the said that they would live to phone me back as not wasremy airtime. They phoned me back immediately and assisted me with my query by reducing my installment and extending my debit date by moving it to later in the month. If I still gaunt found a job I must just contact them again and ghey will further assist me. The lady was very helpful all the time snd pleasant to talk to.
