I am completely disgusted by the outsurance service which I received

I am completely disgusted by the outsurance service which I received . I was insured with another service provider for over a year and had not encounted and problem . I began receiving calls from an outsurance agent trying to get me to switch over to them , after the 4th call I have decided to give them a shot . I had taken on home and out & about cover m I have paying a premium of just over R3500 . I did not have a issue paying such a high premium because I was insured by the agent that what ever may of happen to any of my stuff I will be covered . a month ago while getting home from work I was ****** and had my backpack ****** , a few of the item in my bag was insured by outsurance . I opened a case and the police station and contacted outsurance ,after they changed my assessor for the 3rd time they got back to me and rejected my claim . Reason being my parents own a construction company and dealt with a raciest home owner to gave false information to their public liability insurer and there claim was rejected . it was something I was not aware of as at the time of this incident I was still in school and my parents do not discuss work at home . outsurance was extremely fast for taking money yet offering such disappointing service. they are the worst insurance company and I will never deal with them and advise no one deal with them
