I am amazed by their swift response after submitting the claim. Before you know it, they have already sent people to asses the damage, followed by feedback the following day , and they deliver what they had promised in the assessment feedback , believe you me "one day, means one day with outsurance. I am impressed. I don't regret joining Outsurance
