I am absolutely in awe about my treatment received from the gentleman that phoned me re insurance for my 5 pets. My dogs are show dogs and I am very particular regarding anything todo with them and their health and safety. The gentleman understood me. He could answer all my questions. I was so impressed as he immediately knew my two breeds. This seldom happens. He also new about my cat’s breed. I am very impressed with his knowledge. Being an Outsurance customer already I even got discount for that and for multi pet insurance. Bravo Outsurance.
