I am a sixty-eight year old lady and since I started insuring with Outsurance, my experience has been plain sailing. My broker is Antoinette Joubert. She lead me through a very tough time during Covid, the death of my husband, the 30 yr old school I eventually had to let go of as the aftermath of the economy crisis hit our parents and non-payments for schooling became a natural disaster. Selling my home and school and moving into a retirement village, was my last option. Everytime, Antoinette assisted me, lead me through each experience with excellent care and directed my choices to stay insured, despite all my setbacks in life.
