I am a pensioner living on my own

I am a pensioner living on my own. My car battery went flat and I phoned Outsurance roadside assistance. There customer service was excellent, polite, fast and solved the problem immediately. As soon as I put the phone down I was contacted by the technician who arrived 10 minutes later. Tested the battery and jump started the car so that I could go to a battery centre. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks Outsurance
