I am a pensioner
I am a pensioner. I accidentally dropped my car key - computerised - and it broke. I contacted Outsurance claims to enquire whether my key is insured under my policy. The gentleman was very empathetic and sorted my claim immediately. Thanks to Outsurance I could get my new key within a day. Thanks Outsurance!
