I always get something out!

A phone call is never easy for a hard-of-hearing 80-year-old but the helpful and patient assistance from an Outsurance employee like Terrence in reviewing and making adjustments on my policy made this one a pleasure and a worthwhile exercise. I came away from the call more than satisfied with the result and pleased that I’d kept my insurance with Outsurance for 20 years! I always get something out!
