Hyundai sold/advertised and still no payment!!!

Johan van Schalkwyk initially helped first with my claim on business cover. Our Hyundai was written off by outsurance (according to them) due to the damages exceeding a certain percentage of the value of the bakkie. I am running a business so every day I do not have a bakkie i lose thousands of rands. Outsurance agreed that they would help me asap due to it being business cover which is of paramount importance. Isnt that why we take out business cover? First I was told by Johan my claim would be sorted out within the first week. He told me I would be contacted as to finalize claim. Only the financial dept contacted me. I had to call Amanda stone on numerous occasions to follow up on progress of which there was none. Every consultant I spoke to told me a different story. No one knew what was going on with my claim. Every time I called back, Johan, Nikky and Tlangi (branch manger) were never available. 2 weeks later I was told I would be paid out, documents were received. Amanda said it takes 24h for the payment to reflect. 3 days later no payment has reflected in my account yet I saw my bakkie being advertised on SMD website? *****? Outsurance is the worst co. I have ever dealt with
