Humble, professional and efficient

I was unfortunately involved in an accident Sunday the 28th August and my car was written off. On Wednesday the 30th my claim was submitted to Kithesh Harripersad who handle everything. We meant on Thursday, he was very polite very understanding and very informative especially when explaining the whole process as this was my very first claim. He promised that by Tuesday, 05 Sep i should get feed back and he did not disappoint. Today the 5th of Sep he called to inform me that my claim was approved. I am very grateful to outsurance and the way Mr Harripersad handled my claim, even the courtesy call just to give me an update, it made my lose a bit bearable. I can never replace my first car but I will forever be grateful for the assistance and professionalism i received from outsurance and the turn around time is just amazing. keep up the good work.
