HUGE SAVINGS
i had a very chatty Lerato help me. She wasn't in a rush, wasn't pushy to take the policy. I saved R104 per month on my trailer. WHOO WHOO Wonderful.

19 Apr 2024, 14:15I would like to WITHDRAW this recommendation. When struggling with OUTSURANCE APP for sending photos of insurance item, I contacted them and then ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE!!!
I was then told my policy that is supposed to commence on 1 MAY 2024, will be cancelled as they could not give me cover just for a trailer!! What I do NOT understand is, I have a vehicle with them under business policy, wanted to add my camping trailer, was told as that is private, therefore it has to be a 2nd different policy for private use. So it was all set up and policy wording sent to me, only photos still to submit. I did not accept the 2 vehicle quotes given me, as my current insurer is +- 60% cheaper.
TOOAY - they have cancelled this policy - I am frustrated, extremely upset and feel this is very UNPROFESSIONAL and to blame the agent because she is "under supervision" and new - is pathetic.
They cannot just cover my tiny trailer as the premium is not worth it - R21.60.pm. So because the one policy is private use and original is business use, this private for a VERY small amount they cannot provide me with this any longer, I must have a vehicle or household contents added,
I am extremely disappointed by this service - THIS CLIENT IS NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
SHAME ON YOU OUTSURANCE - Treating your client like that - YOU have left a VERY BAD TASTE in my MOUTH. SIES MAN!!
