HUGE INCREASE of 3 TIMES INFLATION RATE WITH NO CLAIMS
One of the worst Insurance companies please be careful with Outsurance for more than 4 years. Just received an 18 renewal notice with an 18% increase for next year while I have not claimed for almost 3 years. I had a claim 3 years ago which was paid out, Outsurance never recovered the cost from the third party I had to pay the Taxi owner personally for the damages as Outsurance never paid them either.
