Huge Disappointment!!!!!

I have been with Outsurance for 20 Years. And only had one claim, windscreen, in 20 years. Yet when I bought a new car that was insured for only R40000 more than my last car, they wanted to charge me R400pm more. Almost double what I was currently paying. When I then wanted to cancel te policy I was told to please give them a change to relook my installment for they can see I am loyal and not a high risk at all. Bottom line, I had to call them back 3 times and needless to say, they did absolutely nothing for me. I am cuttently with another insurance company that gives my way, way better benefits and monthly payment hat Outsurance did. I am so disappointed in Outsurance and I will tell everybody to refrain from using them EVER!!! 20 Years with one windscreen claim and now this!!! STAY AWAY!
