How Rude Are You
I keep getting calls from agents trying to sell insurance to someone that is not me, and when I inform them that they have reached the incorrect number they put the phone down without even a Goodbye.
If I have to change my Insurer for any reason, it definitely wouldn't be OUTsurance.
Their is no professionalism displayed even when trying to drum up new business.
Shocking...
