How OUTsurance Dodges Valid Third-Party Claims
It’s appalling how they dismiss third-party claims by having their clients misrepresent the truth of what actually occurred—then place the burden on the claimant to prove that their client ****. I submitted a sworn affidavit and requested the same in return.
To quote their legal department:
“Please be advised that I already provided you with our client’s statement on the refute letter, we will therefore not provide an affidavit from our client.”
This appears to be OUTsurance’s modus operandi—a tactic to avoid paying valid third-party claims.

22 May 2025, 11:12Good day David,
Thank you for your review.
After responding privately to you, we escalated your concerns to our legal manager, Lawrence. Every claim is dealt with on its own merits. We base our decision on case law and information at our disposal. Our decision to refute liability remains unchanged.
We do apologise for the disappointing outcome of your 3rd party claim.
Regards,
The OUTsurance Team
