Household insurance and out and about sold incorrectly to me

Well I recently found out what outsurance did is ******* and *********. They gave me household and goods insurance when the household I stay in already has insurance and they insured it again. So you have been deducting my premiums and offered me insurance which was *******. I spoke to a consultant on Thursday and she immediately asked if I want to cancel my insurance. Canceling will leave me without insurance and is really not any solution. She also said they will call me by COB Friday and that did not also happen. I told her to escalate to her management as this is something serious and I want all my premiums refunded and I will be reporting this insurance ***** to the ombudsman.
