House leaking and falling apart and insurance doesnt give a damn
<p>We had a leaking shower as the drainage pipe in the floor was broken. Outsurance was called on the 17th May 17 and after two weeks sent a contractor and then apparently he was too expensive and sent another plumber who fixed the pipe and said the builder needs to cement and water proof the floor. The builder FAT BOYS came and was arrogant and thought he was gods gift to building did not say anything and put a R50 patch of cement and the water is still leaking we have damaged walls and cupboards and we cant even shower and keneliwe and daniel is not assisting at all. </p> <p> </p>

Good day ive only had one conversation with Cardo and PHAT boys can only come on the 5th of July. I dont mind waiting but we still cant shower and my parents is leaving for pilgrimage with guests staying over on weekends. What does people think of us n thats the discussions we have is the Outsurance services
