House Foundation is flooding, 2 weeks stillno help

Hi Outsurance<br> <br> It's seems that I have been passed over to the 3rd person now. Please call me urgently to inform me what is happening with my claim. It's been a week now since the investigator came to my place and said he would inform outsurance of the urgency with my leak. Even the Cupboards people where out and access and said that it is an emergency and not sure why they aren't attending to it.<br> <br> The water is leaking in into my house foundation and making it weak. My toilet is now taking a long time to fill up. The drainage from the shower is now slow. The cupboards in my kitchen is getting worse and smelling as it is rotting with the water. Not sure how high my water bill is gonna be.<br> <br> I still have not been contacted by outsurance to inform me of what is going on or what is happening.this is now my 3rd email. Please get back to me or escalate this to top management as this is URGENT.
