Horrific service
I thought outsurance was the best.i hv been paying my premium on time without skipping at all. I have not even claimed since i joined outsurance.now they sent me an email stating that my premium will be going up.when i called to review my policy all they could say if for me to get my premium to go down i hv to increase my access.how is it possible that they want to increase while the value of my car is going down.being loyal to Outsurance is just a waste of time
