Horrible service regarding an unsafe geyser

We noticed that the water from our geyser started to have a brown tinge to it. We contacted Outsurance was our own plumber stated that the geyser needed to be replaced. The person who dealt with me was very helpful and said they Outsurance would send a plumber out.

When the plumber arrived, his "inspection" was him popping his head up into the ceiling and then taking a photo of the water. The result of the was that the anode of the geyser just needed to be replaced. When I contacted my own plumber again to have a look, he stated that there was no place for an anode to be replaced and that the geyser needed to be replaced. He also stated that it would continue to get worse and that itwas not heathly to use that water.

Upon relaying this to Outsurance, I was told they would not replace it and I had to "wait for it to burst" before I could make a claim. When I mentioned the health issue and that fact that I have a new-born that needs to be bathed, I was told to "use water from the kettle".
