Horrible Service Outsurance

I am only Putting one star because there is no option for Zero Stars!

Horrible service from Outsurance. I have requested call recordings from my claim and they keep saying they have sent. Lie after Lie pillar to post, making me look like a fool. very Unacceptable and unprofessional. Outsurance does not care about you as a client, they just want your premiums!! I would not recommend them to anyone! rather pay more and get better service
