Horrible service from outsurance
Horrible service from outsurance, my car was involved in an accident a week ago, l have been paying this insurance since 2018 to date but they refuse to fix my car, they keep on sending me from pillar to post,, they even told me that I called them and cancel the claim which is a huge lie, how can I pay insurance for so many years and cancel the claim, for what. The only reason for me to pay them was to get assistance. I hate outsurance with all my heart. Now the only option left for me is to take them to ombudsman. Their service is terrible

Our assessing manager, Eddie contacted both you as well as your husband, who submitted the claim, after having received your complaint.
We received instruction from your husband to withdraw the claim, as he has already sent the vehicle to be repaired and the repairs have been almost complete. We had no intention not to proceed with the claim.
Eddie informed you we will re-open the claim and follow the relevant validation process.
Progress on the claim will be provided.
