Horrible service from Outsurance

I phoned Outsurance earlier today, regarding car insurance. My school gave us a project to find a car that we like and had to find out what the monthly payments and cost of insurance is. Obviously to teach us about the process of buying a car and so forth. The service I received was horrible, they had no intention of helping and made that very clear. At the beginning of the calls I asked if it was alright to ask them questions, which they responded with a yes. Somehow I got to the manager and his attitude was even worse. He eventually got back to me and said, \\alright
