Horrible service

I am having a horrible experience as a third party with Outsurance the consultant allocated to my claim by the name of Bongi Dlamini is rude and very dismissive. She rejected the claim without doing any due diligence. She simply went of what her client said which is false as he changed the story and said something completely different to the conversation that was had on the scene.

I told Bongi that there were witnesses and she did not even speak to any of them. I told her that there is footage but she proceeded to close and reject the claim without even reviewing the footage and clearing all the ground work first. I am shocked that this is how third party clients are being treated.

There client is now rude and dismissive as well after speaking to Bongi. Clearing you do not want to honor the claim and review all the evidence correctly.
