Horrible service- consultants are clueless
HORRIBLE!!!!!
I am a client for 10 years, only claimed once until now.. Its nearly a month and they are still refusing to pay for the damages to my vehicle...

It was naturally very concerning to see how long your claim was pending.
Our claims manager contacted you, and explained we only authorised repairs for incident related damages. The bumper, which was excluded, was not damaged during the accident claimed for.
Recourse was discussed with you and we are pleased to know the matter has been resolved for you amicably.
