Horrible service
What a **** Outsurance is, I got called for a quote yesterday and they quoted me R2400 more than what I'm currently paying and then they refused to pay me the R500 as per their ad. The lady who assisted me went on to try and discredit my current insurance by telling me there must be something very wrong because I'm paying way too less.
