Horrible Service

<p>I requested a quote from Outsurance on 08/11/2016 and recieved horrible service. The consultant who was doing the quote was very condescending and smug, the quote came up higher than what I'm currently payig for my insurance and upon submitting my policy schedule on 08/11/2016 and the 09/11/2016 to be reimbursed I was sent from Pillar to Post when it was time for reimbur*****t. I sent 3 policy schedules to Outsurance, all indicating the same information, I even downloaded a policy schedule from my insurer's website on 09/11/2016 to send them a schedule with a current date. </p>
