Horrible Service

LOng story Short : Been in an accident December 2018 - I've been dealing with the Recoveries Dept ( Charity & Teacher ) . Week in and out , i had to ask what is happening with the claims against the Driver (which was found guilty of wreckless driving - 24 Jan 2020). I added my claim for van Rental, cos I couldn't be without a vehicle ! Charitity phoned me today 29 May , claiming that Outsurance attorneys only settled for 60% of the DAMAGE TO Vehicle only and not my other Claim for Van REntal !!!!!! He was found guilty, so why settle for 60% ?? And what about my van rental claim - which they didn't even submit!

Charity made it very clear - case closed and I'll have my excess refunded immediately !

and I will have to sort out the invoice in my own capacity!

NEVER ever have I had this awful service from any company! I will definitely CHENGA DAI DENG quickly to another insurance company!
