horrible service

I requested a car insurance quote based on their promise to give the best quote or 400 rand and they gave me a ridiculous quite and refused to pay me for not beating my current premium because I have household cover with them which I now want to change to another insurer due to my extreme dissatisfaction. I had one claim as a third party which did not inconvenience my current insurers as I did all the work and was not my fault hence they never increased my cover.
