Horrible Service

In July this year, I moved my cars and home cover to OUTsurance as they beat my quote from my previous insurer. Today I called in to get a quote as I may be replacing one of my vehicles. They asked me that standard previous claims history questions and I disclosed my claims history. Then they said that my current premium is going up due to my not disclosing claims when I opened the policy. I know that I did, but the agent who helped me clearly never put it in so that he could beat my previous insurance. Now they want to put my premiums up by R400 a month! Which is more expensive that what I was paying on my old insurance. Now they have to listen to the calls which is going to take 48 hours!!!!<br> <br> I have contacted my previous insurance who will take me back at a cheaper rate. You guys better sort this out today or I am gone!
