Horrible insurer

My son took out a policy with outsurance a month ago (first time buyer). Over the past weekend on his way home from fetching my mother some people smashed the rear and driver's windows when he was driving by. Outsurance refuses to to payout the claim saying that "windows are not cover only if the body of the vehicle was damaged then only would they entertain the claim.

They did not disclose this to him when he took out the policy.
