Horrible insurance option

I am so appalled at how my mother has been treated with this company she was told she would be covered for natural disasters and yet when that occurs and she makes a claim she's told its wear and tear.when the house was perfectly fine and maintained prior to the inciden***** like you people take advantage of pensioners u are happy to take their money every month but ur not willing to help once disaster strikes I'm so disappointed in u people
