Horrible experience
Horrible... They don't save you money at all. They are the most expensive.y whole family has moved away from outsurance.

01 Nov 2022, 13:28I made my review to let others know that you advertise to save people money but unfortunately from experience, once you a client for many years, the saving part gets pushed aside. Unfortunately one of your competitors was better and no I didn't get a zero excess but my excess if half it was by outsurance and I pay half of what I did at outsurance for full comprehensive insurance... Maybe time to sharpen your pencil a bit for clients who have been there a while and are obviously a low risk because of not claiming.
