HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - LIFE INSURANCE
The worst customer service!!! I took out a life cover 5 days ago. I tried to cancel it, no luck!!!! They point blank refuse to cancel it, they want a cancelled cession from the bank, the bank never received anything from them, I never signed any cession, there is no cession in place!!!! If I ever thought of moving any other insurance to Outsurance, that is definitely NOT GOING TO HAPPEN, EVER!!!!! And then to top it off, they have the audacity to send me a SMS, saying that they have tried to contact me numerous times and they cannot reach me, my cover will stay in place. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!
