Horrible cancellation experience

Worst decision ever made. I called and opened a policy for car insurance, looked at my budget and realised there is no way I'd be able to afford this. Did the responsible adult thing and called back to cancel. I was met with the rudest "superior" of the cancellation team who basically berated me for about 15 minutes about why it's not smart of me to cancel this policy. After explaining that I need cheaper insurance because I am indeed poor, he laughed and told me good luck with cheapy insurance from discovery.... I've never felt so ashamed to be cancelling something because I couldn't afford it. Honestly, they're so nice when they wanna take your money but so rude when you have to cancel because you made an on the spot decision. So sad, but unfortunately I have been told the same thing from others who tried outsurance. Maybe be nicer to the lower class ....maybe.
