Honesty at a Cost

We have had a torrid year wrt loss of assets that were covered by Outsurance. And in each instance they have provided quality and honest service and advice. Point in case. One of our vehicles was incorrectly defined. After submitting a claim, Outsurance made us aware that the cover was incorrect and that the premium was more than what we had been paying. However, the payout was also more. In a world where companies are chasing profit, this type of behaviour makes me as a client feel respected.
