⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honestly I didn't even think I was going to make it to work yesterday. Walked out to my car and the battery was completely dead. Already stressed, already running in my head how the whole day is going to go sideways. Called OUTsurance Roadside Assistance and I kid you not, not even 10 minutes later someone was there. Battery sorted, car started, and I was on my way like nothing even happened. I've been with other insurers before and that kind of response just doesn't happen. You're usually sitting on hold, then waiting an hour, then explaining yourself to 3 different people. This was nothing like that. OUTsurance actually came through when I needed them. Simple as that. Can't ask for more than that from an insurer.
