Pathetic service from outsurance. Been paying my home insurance for 5 years now when i claim they reject my claim saying they cant pay as its an existinng occurrence. How was i suppised to know the roof is faulty whhen i bought the house. Now my ceiling is damaged because of the leak and rain. Im cancelling my damn insurance.
