Home Insurance policy
You started reporting insurance payment to my credit profile at Experian and I made abundantly clear that insurance policy is not reagarded as account and it must be removed. Stop reporting insurance payments to my credit profile effective immediately. I will cancel your debt order mandate in my account and FNB will debt the account. Don't report any information to the credit bureaus because I don't have any credit with you. Tell your department to return the home loan insurance back to FNB load department effective immediately.
Your consultant do not the difference between credit information and insurance information. And they don't know which is information is allowed to be reported at the credit bureaus. Teach them better. Remove the information you reported to the credit bureaus particularly Experian effective immediately and return back my debt order to mortgage originator.

What is the problem? This is poor service. Nowadays I must run around and ask why it was not debited.
