Home insurance
Good Day, I took outsurance home policy to cover two houses for the past 2years as it is a pre-requisite for home loan, I then informed the consultant that I already have an insurance but I want to cancel it as I am not happy with their service, he then informed me that they will cancel the insurance to avoid duplication of insurances, 2years later from 2018, I found out that this cancellation was never done and I have been debited twice, I have send countless emails to outsurance to cancel the duplication and nothing was done until I cancelled the debit order, one of the consultant from outsurance indicated that they will refund me the duplication of the policy but nothing was done.

We appreciate your feedback, which was naturally very disappointing to read. Please accept our apologies for not having pursued the matter for you when you notified us of being dually insured last week.
Our client care manager contacted you and it was agreed you will forward us a copy of your schedule from the other insurer. This will enable us to do the dual insurance refund for you.
As for the previous email requests you sent, we unfortunately did not receive these as we assume you rep**** to correspondence we sent you. These replies would have been sent to an unmonitored mailbox and automatic notification would have been sent you.
Please know we want to resolve this long overdue matter for you as soon as possible.
