Home contents policy cancelled
They broke into my house and poisoned my dogs while i was away for a weekend. Did all the relevant steps after returning home. One of the items ****** was my son's playstation. I wrongfully said it was a playstation 5 instead of a playstation 4 that was ****** with all 3 of my tvs etc. I was informed my claim was rejected and my policy was cancelled after i admitted i made a mistake. Very dissapointed in outsurance after we lost so many things and we were traumatised.
